A heavy storm is hovering over Battery City, all action is at a standstill and for once the diner is calm. An old record that Kobra Kid managed to steal is playing on the gramophone while Party Poison listens to the radio in the hopes of finding the inspiration for the next action.
Here and there you hear gunray firing, probably Fun Ghoul's restlessness having Jet Star practice with targets once again.
