Based on the work of Noah St.John who came up with the term Afformations basically advocates using Afformations instead of Affirmations. So instead of stating I am so confident you would change that to a question such as Why am i so confident leaving your subconscious to go off in search of the answer.So i recorded some afformations and added them to this template for you to enjoy and hopefully benefit from them?
